The James River Master’s Commission exists to help people DISCOVER who God created them to be. Each of our students is put on a unique discipleship track that allows them to completely focus on growing their relationship with God while experiencing incredible life-changing ministry opportunities.

Our focus on individual coaching and mentoring is designed to challenge and develop each student in a personal way. Whether it be hearing God’s voice through a daily prayer time, digging deeper into God’s Word through Scripture memory and Bible classes or experiencing first hand what it means to be the Body of Christ as you help serve someone in need, your life will forever be impacted. The expectations are high, it is not for the faint of heart, but the result is far more rewarding than anything this world has to offer.

This year, God really humbled me in many ways.  I’ve really learned to trust and seek Him in the “small” things so that in any situation, big or small, it’s Him who works, not me.
